We successfully completed the drylining and plastering packages across two new Lidl store developments, delivered simultaneously under strict programme deadlines.

Retail environments demand precision, coordination, and absolute reliability. By carefully planning labour, sequencing works efficiently, and maintaining strong communication with the wider project teams, we ensured both stores were delivered on time and to a high standard, without compromising quality.
